That is a good tip but isn’t that hard on the output transformers. Basically you are taking signal that is made to go through 16 ohms resistance and only pushing through 8 ohms of resistance. Or is it the other way that would damage things. Anyways I would definitely ask Brian at TopHat if that could cause long term issues.
