Daredevil Releases the Bootleg Dirty Delay

Chicago, IL (January 11, 2019) — Chicago-based boutique builder Johnny Wator – a.k.a. Daredevil Pedals – has released the Bootleg Dirty Delay, an analog lo-fi tape-style delay with an added dirt circuit.

Unique to this circuit, the repeats can be driven into increasing gain, creating a new realm of delay effect. The Bootleg Dirty Delay is capable of over-the-top self-oscillating feedback and analog freakout, and it’s ideal for synth and digital audio creatives as well. It features four controls:

Blend – varies the effect level with the clean signal

Dirt – adjusts the gain fed back into the delay repeats

Time – length of time between repeats from 38ms to 560ms

Reps – controls how long the delay repeats itself

  • Unique gain circuit for the delay repeats
  • Tap Tempo Input for remote time control
  • Analog hand-wired circuit, True Bypass, 9V DC external supply
  • 2-year warranty

The Bootleg Dirty Delay has a street price of $199. All Daredevil pedals are available for purchase direct online at www.Daredevilpedals.com along with video and audio demos.
